Although we strive to provide only the finest adult products available, sometimes there is a need to return a product.

Get the wrong product? We will issue a full refund, less the postage charges in 14 days, no questions asked. Exchanges made within 30 days. There are some restrictions of course. For health and safety reasons, all products must be unused and in the original packaging for return or refund.

Free Gifts and Returns: If you have received a free gift related to order total and return a product, that gift may need to be returned if the returned product takes the order total below the stated amount to receive the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Always inspect your parcel carefully as soon as it arrives to be sure that you have the right items and that they are in good, working condition. If there is a problem, please call Customer Service ( 0 845 004 3580) as soon as possible to let them know, and to receive further instructions. You of course will still have the same 30 days for refund/exchange as previously stated. Please be advised that returned products will be tested. If they are found to working properly they may be returned back to you at your expense.

Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. If the package has already shipped however, you will be charged for postal fees and no refund will be issued until the parcel returns to us. We hope that you never have to cancel an order with us, but if you do, it is best to do so the same day.

Lingerie: Sexy teddy doesn't fit or is not quite what you expected? Return it for refund/exchange. All clothing items must have the original tags and labels still attached, (except for the case of a faulty item). Please leave your panties on for a "try on" session. We reserve the right to return to you any products that we find to have been worn and then returned.)

How to make a return: Please wrap your item securely, and include a note with your name, address, customer number and a brief explanation of why you are returning it. It is advised that you utilize Recorded Mail as we cannot be responsible for, and will not issue a refund on packages that are lost during shipping.
