Orders over £60 are free or can be sent Special Delivery/24 Hour Service ( for those products you just have to have right now). 24 hour service is £5.95

European shipping charge is £10.00

We provide 100% discretion for our valued customers. All products are shipped in discreet brown packages with no identifying markers.

Same Day Delivery: Order Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm and every effort will be made to ship your products that same day. Orders received after these hours will be shipped on the next business day.

UK based orders: These usually ship out and arrive within 1-5 days, but allow up to two weeks before contacting us about your order, sometimes delays will occur. Royal Mail Special Delivery/Next Day service is guaranteed for next day arrival Monday-Saturday.
(Please note: Orders shipped to the Highland Areas may take longer than these stated delivery times, and next day delivery should not be expected. Outside of mainland UK  will also not have next day delivery. Expect 2-5 days depending on destination.)
European orders will ship and arrive in 3-7 working days.

Alternate address: The address provided on order form is where your parcel will ship to unless otherwise indicated.

Security: For your protection, we require that you sign for your parcel. If you are not home during delivery, a card will be left with instructions for retrieval. Parcel will be kept for 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. If you wish to have the package resent to you, additional charges may apply; if you would rather cancel the order, refunds will be made promptly, less the shipping and handling fee.
